Riverside-Group acquires Tecsedo SA.

BDO's M&A team acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Tescedo SA on the entire sales process to Riverside-Group.

This included the preparation of the sales documentation, identification and approach of potential buyers, support during the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction. 

Tecsedo is a Swiss company specializing in the production and distribution of insulated sandwich panels for industrial and residential overhead doors.
