Sarah Schwarz is a Manager in the Deal Advisory team at BDO AG and has extensive experience in M&A, gained both at BDO and at a Big Four firm. She advises mid-sized companies on national and international transactions, including succession planning, acquisitions, management buy-outs (MBOs, and financing matters.

Sarah Schwarz holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Zurich, with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
