Petra Hiltenbrand

Head of the training centre within the Management Services department in Zurich.

She has many years of experience in project management as well as in the planning and organisation of events of varying sizes. She coordinates complex projects efficiently and ensures smooth processes from conception through to implementation.

Her focus lies on the professional organisation of training courses and events, as well as ensuring a high-quality internal training operation. She combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to achieve sustainable and effective results.

As a federally certified advertising director, she brings solid expertise in communication and marketing.

She is also actively involved as a vocational trainer and is responsible for supervising the apprentices of RD ZO.
