BDO's M&A team acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of MIT-Group on the entire sales process to Swiss IT Security Group.
This included the preparation of the sales documentation, identification and approach of potential buyers, support during the buyer's due diligence, negotiations as well as the entire process management until the closing of the transaction.
Founded in 1998, MIT Group is a provider of advanced cloud and hybrid computing solutions.
Founded in 2017, Swiss IT Security Group offers cybersecurity consulting and implementation support, managed security services and software solutions. It employs around 600 people in 19 offices in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
