We see the application process as a platform for you to introduce yourself to us and to tell us about your experience and motivation. In return, we will be happy to tell you more about BDO and the numerous opportunities we can provide, but we assume that you will have done some research about BDO before you submit your application. We are interested to know about your qualifications, your previous professional positions and experience. We want to know why you wish to work for BDO. As part of the application process we aim to become more familiar with your personal skills that we consider key to the future success of our path together.
Date of the application
There is no specific point in time at which employment occurs. Our training system (with on-the-job training, company-specific seminars and in-service higher professional training) means that any time is the ideal time to join BDO. Graduates should contact us around six months before their current course of study comes to an end.
Job vacancies and submitting applications
Start off by taking a look at our employment vacancy page. Does one of the vacancies match your profile and the type of challenge you are looking for? Then apply using the button at the end of the job advertisement. Can't find anything that suits you? Then take advantage of the option of applying via the unsolicited application link.
Complete the application form and ensure that you have attached the following documents:
- Compelling covering letter
- Curriculum vitae with a photograph
- Employment references
- Diplomas or school leaving certificates
- Proof of internships and foreign assignments
Tip: Structure your CV in a clear way by dividing your information into topic groups. A tabular format is always a good choice. Do not forget to include your knowledge of IT applications and foreign languages, and any leisure time activities.
Any questions? You can contact the person responsible for applications at the location you are most interested in.
We very much look forward to hearing from you and receiving your application.
