An adequate level of technical education for the relevant position is also required. For employment in the Audit and Financial Services divisions, a Bachelor or Masters degree with an appropriate specialization (Audit, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Controlling, etc.) is an advantage, although successful candidates may also have professional certification in a relevant field (e.g. fiduciary services, finance and accounting). For entry into our Taxation division, a degree in law (Masters or Bachelor) and professional certification with extensive experience, ideally complemented by advanced education in specific tax topics, would provide a sound basis.
